I am an under graduate. Can I apply for this stylist job?

Of course. Minimum educational requirement is +2 level only. So, any under graduates also can.

Is this a fashion training institute?

No. we are not a training institute. We are a innovative startup in fashion and stylist field. We arrange training by associating with existing fashion institutes to the aspirants who plan to join and work with our stylists network, not for outsiders. What will I learn in the 3-month training program?

This 3-month training program is the online and offline mixed hybrid one- include workshops.

Can I work around my own schedule ? How flexible is it really?

As a home based stylist, really flexible and you can work in the comfort of your home. Each stylist in our network act as the fashion consultant and private stylist to neighborhood community- an area of 1000-1500 households.

What is the meant by the selling and renting out of premium trending apparel, accessories, fittings, cosmetics, etc?

Our network brings a line of the latest fashions and trends straight to local customers' doorstep through our stylists, no matter if customers are living in a local village or a small town, thanks to our network. We sell premium trending apparels and accessories for men and women- including selected trending clothes, jewelry, bags, hats, belts, watches, sunglasses, sandals, shoes, etc. And we rent out premium luxury party wear and accessories, mainly, for wedding parties and events. This unique selling and renting out help each stylist to improve value positions.

There are too many large and small apparel and fashion shops across.

Then how we can position and sell ours?

As a large branded network, we can source, procure, sell, and advertise the latest and trending fashions from across the globe as soon, while local traditional shops can't.
We sell not only trending apparel, but accessories, fittings, and cosmetics also which local traditional shops can't.

As a large one, we have in-house design and development team; we can create and produce new trends while local shops can't.

Who is responsible to non-sold items, if any?

Company is the responsible, it will retake all non-sold items timely, nothing tension or loss to stylists. Wonderfully we deliver selected very few or as per order items only, considering the market. Anyhow more sale could lead to high income.

Does the company deliver the stock on the doorsteps of stylist?

Yes. Monthly two-three times and as per order. Everything is managed by latest App.

The salary sounds good, but how much can I actually earn with the incentives on top?

Your income potential depends on your performance and dedication, even an average performer can earn 25000+ rupees per month, if serious.

How monitor, assess, and evaluate the work and performance of stylists?

We have a scientific way to frequently evaluate ad assist employees (stylists). We use your customers feedback, happiness index, and total business return to assess and evaluate.

How will I connect with clients?

We have a very unique strategy to attract and maintain customers. You always serve only your neighborhood community- 1000-1500 households, so, connecting and personalizing with customers is quite easy. We know the fashions and trends changes every time, and the success of a local fashion stylist depends on his/her timely upgradation. Are there any specific fashion styles/sector I should be super into to be a stylist?

You can choose either exclusive to men and boys, or girls and women, or deal both (unisex), choice is yours.

Can I work as unisex (gender-neutral) fashion stylist?
Of course. You must have skilled/talented in both. but considering the importance of domain specialist and easiness prefer to choose any one domain, like girls and women, or men and boys.

We are husband and wife. Can we join?

Sure. That's a fantastic idea! Now you and your wife have a great opportunity to create a comprehensive gender - neutral stylist service together. Your wife can specialize in styling women and girls, while you focus on styling men and boys. Do have an assigned area/locality to each stylist?

Sure. We may have one stylist only (in one domain) in an assigned neighborhood. So, if you prefer to work in your locality, apply fast.

Who are the typical people I'd be styling? Everyday folks or special occasions?

Today all are fashion and trend lovers, everybody without difference of men, women, or child, need fashionables and stylist service in their personal and professional life daily basis. So, everybody are your clients. Of course, you are part of their weddings, parties, anniversaries, birth day parties, photo shoots, success celebrations, every this and that...

What happens if a client isn't happy with the services?

We will collect customer feedbacks and happiness index frequently, and inform you how to updated. Moreover, as you are part of a professional network, you have facility to take advice from senior stylists. And senior stylists will come there to support you if situation demand.

Can I specialize in something specific like wedding outfits or men's fashion down the line?

Sure. But we suggest to be a allrounder in your neighborhood.

Is there any fee/cost involved in joining the program?

Yes. If you need 3 months training from us, it will cost you rupees 30,000 (thirty thousand) + GST. Then another rupees 30,000 as stock deposit, considering the stock of costly materials to sell. If you are a already trained stylist, no need of training fee. Then rupees 10,000 (ten thousand) as admission fee, it will fully refund* if you terminate the job within 6 months.

I am interested, but can I get a loan or financial support?
Of course, we will help for a loan from bank. You can repay as 3000-5000 per month from salaries-12 months. Once get you selected and onboarded as a stylist, you must pay admission fee 10,000 rupees and make employment agreement. Then only start loan process.

Will being a home-based stylist be worth it for someone with no prior experience?

Definitely we can change you to a new-gen fashion stylist by our 3 months short term training. After that we provide on-going post training support to make you seasoned expert. Then our regular multi-media advertisements make you brand and popular in your area. We timely correct the errors!

Can I build a successful career as a stylist working from home?

Now everybody without difference of men, women, and child, seek stylist service in daily life, mainly, in Kerala. Wedding, parties, anniversaries, birth day parties, photoshoots etc. If you can provide affordable fashion stylist services and latest trending apparels, no need to look back, work is there.

Have there a scope for a full-time stylist in a neighborhood?

In our study, we find that today everybody, whether male, female, boys, girls, and child, are latest fashion and trends conscious, especially in Kerala society. There is a clear chance for a stylist to 1000 households as their community stylist. In our study, we find that each stylist will generate average 15,000-30,000 rupees per month from their service only, depends on area, and a stylist can easily sell average 1200-2000 rupees worth products per household per year even in below average income community!

How is the commission/profit division among company and stylist?

We have a very transparent and truthful method. For sales, 20-30% of product price, for example, if a stylist's monthly total apparel sale is rupees 60,000, its product cost (COGS) will approx 40,000 rupees, so, that month commission from sales only to stylist is 8000-12000 rupees. Then, for renting out, 25-30% of rent. Then division of stylist service charge, after deducting salary rupees 15,000 and travel costs, balance will divide 50:50. For example, if a stylist's that month collection from stylist service itself is 25000, deduct the salary rupees 15000, then 3000 rupees travel expense, then balance is 7,000 rupees, which divide equally, company portion will use mostly for advertisement. So, naturally your service fee 100% return to you- stylist. If salary not meet from that month's service charges, then only, we will consider salary from your selling and renting commission. So, stylists need to maintain a proper business balance of service, sale and renting out. Yes, everything depends on the stylist's truthful, sincere and some hard-working nature!

Is there anything I can do to prepare for the program before it starts?

Can I terminate the job when I needed?

Sure. A very simple and fast termination process. If any dues in deals, mainly, apparels sale, clear that, that is all.

Do the company has any employment agreement with stylists?

Do have any chance to fire from the job?

Sure. Company has detailed employment agreement with stylists that will mentions everything. Sure. if not perform even after getting all chances or if not serious and dedicated to job, there is chance to fire from job. We looking for serious and self motivated people who can work under non-supervision. each shoul maintain a proper balance between sale, rent, and service. company can ensure work without a gap, but if you are not sincere, will not make any result. We always monitor, assess, and evaluate our stylists using latest technology.
