    There are three modes of joining. Mode 1: In this, you are a consultant and always a consultant. You join as a consultant who does not require initial 3 months training, does not want to upgrade to leadership jobs, so, does not need CEO training. This mode has no fee or payment. Nothing fee or payment for employment. Pay only if you need advanced training and post-training to scale up and move to higher level jobs. So, Mode 2: In this, you are a consultant with always upgrading. Yes, you join as an associate consultant who requires initial 3 months training and all post-training to upgrade. Because your goal is to be seasoned, successful, and certified business and management consultant. But you do not want to upgrade to CEO jobs, so, no need CEO training. This mode requires a payment of rupees 60,000+ GST*. Mode 3: In this, you want to be upgraded to CEO jobs via business consultant job- so, need concerned long term training. Yes, you join as an associate consultant, requires initial 3 months training to enter to consultant job, requires post-training to outperform in consultant job, then wants to upgrade to leadership/CEO/COO jobs, so, you need the concerned 3 years long CEO training. This mode costs a total of rupees 2.25 lac + GST. If choose mode-2 or 3, when I have to make the payment? We have easy instalment option, mostly you can pay from own income. For mode-2, initially 25000 rupees + GST, balance amount as five equal monthly instalment, start only after 3 months of you start earn. For mode-3, initially 40000 rupees + GST, balance amount as 15 equal monthly instalment, of course, start only after 3 months of you start earn.
  • Q4- What is the selection process? how to apply? What is the last date to apply?
    Our selection process consists of three steps: resume evaluation, telephonic interview, and group discussion (GD) session, may online or offline. In the resume evaluation, we screen the candidates based on their qualifications and experience. In the telephonic interview, we assess their communication skills, art of asking questions, outlook, empathy, and logic. In the GD session, we evaluate their ability to work in a team, self-motivation, and independence. We aim to select candidates who are energetic and passionate about doing something big in life. Application process is so simple and straight. E-mail your pp photo attached resume to office@bigrowtec.com. Beside resume, prefer to have a brief writeup why you prefer this career. We will contact you. Last date to apply. At first phase, we plan to onboard 100 candidates, so, when reach the target, we will close admission. The response is great, so, mostly before March 31st will close. Rush if interested.
  • Q5- Is English fluency a must to join and work as a consultant?
    “If you’re interested in joining as a consultant, the English fluency requirements vary based on your work location and level. If you plan to work from home, using your home as an office anywhere in Kerala, you won’t need an exceptionally high level of English fluency. However, if you prefer to work outside of Kerala or in major cities, some level of fluency in English and/or Hindi would be beneficial. For CEO-level positions, strong English fluency and advanced communication skills are highly recommended. Rest assured, if you choose mode 3, we’ll provide assistance to help you improve and master business English.”
  • Q6- Is the consultant job a fixed salaried job? Do I have to find my work and assignments myself for my income?
    You are an independent consultant but associate of us. It means you are not a regular employee of any employer. So, you will not have a fixed salary system. But you will have a steady stream of work and assignments. It assures regular handsome income depending on stages and improvement. We will help you grow in your role and earn a high regular income, as long as you are competent and dedicated. You do not have to look for your own work, as we will source and distribute it to you centrally. Most of the work will be permanent project-based, which means you will have long-term contracts and regular income.
  • Q7- What are the methodology and modules included in the 3-month special training for changing to an MSME business consultant career?
    "The initial 3-month special training program for transitioning into an MSME business consultant career is a straightforward and impactful course. The normal initial range is 30k-50k for the first year, but it may be 50k- 100k or more by second year onward. Working in a city or a commercial town usually ensures higher income and better experience.
  • Q11- Do a fresh graduate with a mere 3 months of training can be an independent business consultant? How the system manages this?
